Fear of failure, procrastination, overthinking, worrying what others think, etc; these are all characteristics of perfectionism. And perfectionism is one of the deadliest obstacles preventing us from living the life we truly want. In this episode, I talk about how to overcome perfectionist tendencies and how you don’t have to do it perfectly, you just have to do it.
